I don't think you can use a longsword +2 and a bastard sword together, considering how close in size they are. A sword and dagger is a much more common fighting style that we may be able to get away with.

I want dual flails. With balls and chains on them. That would be about six things hitting every turn.

Yea bastard sword and long sword probably impossible. Lytle and Urza both go long sword and short sword.

There are other possibilities though, like a scimitar or dagger as the smaller weapon.

The size of the swords you can use should depend on your strength and how tall you are. If anyone can use a long sword and a bastard sword that would be me with my 18 strength and being 6 ft 9 in. tall But if I can't then I will use a long sword and a scimitar.

I believe Sir Lancelot weilded 2 long swords.

Your dex. is so low that even if you could weild a sword you wouldn't be able to hit anything. Stick to magic missile.

The problem is a staff is two handed so right there you're kinda stuck.

But, maybe something similar would be possible.

Yes, dual daggers is possible because they're so small you don't have to worry about the size requirement.

Now, you just need the dagger that Artemis Entreri used and you're golden.

Yea, sorry, it was kinda an inside joke at the end there.

As you gain levels you get more weapon proficiencies. As a wizard I think you get more at level 5. Daggers not really any better than staves. (There's a reason nobody really uses them unless you have to)

Overall I just wouldn't be to concerned about hand to hand combat. That's your very last resort.

I've noticed that too Alex, but I can only assume that he can only avoid it so long. But in the end he could just say we can't dual wield. Although that wouldn't be fair to us, but he also doesn't need to be fair, but I would like him to be.

I have been pondering that question for some time and for the most part no. But I have some theories. If we can you should increase your int. (importion for a wizard) not your dex. I must talk to a high level wizard next time we play.

The reason I choose a scimitar is becouse it has a 1-8 on larger and small and a short sword has 1-6 on small and 1-8 on large.

It would be nice for Steve to give us an answer on if we can dual weild.
