This is an official proposal to Steve Borgerding (hereinafter "DM") for a Dungeons and Dragons (hereinafter D&D) game on the evening of December the 22nd or December the 29th.

In accordance with the Dungeons and Dragons Game Request Form (hereinafter "DDGRF") and Uniform Limited Liability Company Act (hereinafter ULLCA) the plaintiff requests a confirmation or denial from the DM on which date works better for him or if D&D would be possible at all.

Nothing contained in this letter constitutes an express or implied waiver of any rights, remedies or defenses of Sergio Meyer, all of which are expressly
reserved.

hah, thanks Mike. I try to think of new ways to ask Steve each time so it stays fresh.

I've come to love where I just pretend Steve has already confirmed D&D and talk like it's happening. (Refer to "D&D This Saturday Confirmed" topic for an example)

Anyway, Steve, I'm coming home the 19th. If you'd like to play r-ball and hang out a bit before the 22nd (assuming we play that is, if we don't we could do those things that night)?

Alex, if you can get off that evening. Mike S., I'm hoping you'll be available so I'll just assume you can be in. I'm of course in because I love D&D. Chris, if your busy with Christmas stuff we'll get you in next time, but if for whatever reason you can show up that's awesome.

Otherwise, I'm considering Gerry if he's up for it. These are the only people I've thought of, so if you'd like to play as well (if we do play that is) please respond and I'll invite if there's room. This is to save confusion so we don't end up having 10 players.

(Is it just me, or does DnD become so much more exciting when you're actually someone to be reckoned with? I now understand why the cougars loved playing in high school so mch. They were at the same point we're at now)

I'm not thinking there's going to be a minumum level, but of course the higher the better.
