Thanks for spoiling it for me Steve. Ah well, I am to busy reading "Icewind Dale" even though I have Harry Potter sitting right next to me. But you know what? Icewind Dale is an awesome book.

I finished it yesterday, and I will say it was good. I wish the epilogue was longer though, I'd love to know more about later on in life. But I can also understand why she wouldn't add much more than she did.

The thing about finishing a series is that now I will never again see the antics of Harry Potter and his friends, no longer go off on random wizarding adventures. It feels like losing a good friend. I don't even want to go back and read the old books since I can just say SPOILER Oh, he is worm meat, he is good, he is a traitor.

Highlight that only if you have read the last book. I have given you a warning, your fault if you don't heed it.

Just finished the book. Very good, I thought, but boy did things happen fast toward the end. I thought the epilogue was long enough. It gave us a good look at how the "survivors" lived out the rest of their lives.

Um, could that have been a spoiler?

the book was, in my opinion, a B, compared to the other books. however, i think that was because everyone was concerned if harry was going to die or live. personally, i didn't even care if other characters died because all i wanted to know was whether he lived or died. i found myself speed reading through half of it becuase all in all, it just came down to harry. epilogue was the best part of the book.....
