Hey Steve, check out www.livevideo.com
It is kind of like youtube but it has better video quality. Not as popular but if you want to put videos up you can put them up there and youtube so livevideo will have better quality(since I know you were complaining).
Only problem is, is that it isn't as user friendly and not as many people use it so if you still want random people to see your videos you might want to stay on youtube.
