Fellow Eagle,

Unless you get ioun stones, which I've never seen, you need wishes to raise your stats. Or got really lucky in making your character super young, so that he'll age to the higher stats.

Write that down.

ioun stones would be an amazing find. Impossible, but amazing. Mike, I think all the facts you pointed out are correct but I also don't have my book with me.
