All right gentleman, I have something to say.
Many of the members of the troop have not gone out to sell breakfast tickets, or use the phrase "I did not have time."
There is no reason at all why this troop cannot sell at least $1000.00 worth of tickets on their own (not including the first kickoff night.) From the way things look only two, maybe three guys, have been out selling on their own.
If the $1000.00 presell mark is not reached then I may not be able to find time to play D&D this month, just like troop members did "not have time" to sell tickets last month.
We could sell $1500.00 of presell tickets ten years ago. Melrose has not shrunk, in fact, there are more people living in town now. I see no reason why we cannot reach the $1000.00 presell mark.
We will see what happens on Sunday. _________________ Scoutmaster

I really have not had time...however I am home tonight and Chris showed that he might possibly be home as well...so maybe a DnD game is in order with older non scouts just to show those younger scouts whose boss
also it really is not hard to sell $100 worth of tickets, especially with the price change, it's only 20 tickets, unless of course the tickets went up, then it's even less than 20 tickets
Lastly, the Breakfast is this weekend??? I picked a good time to come home. |

Well if I know anything about breakfast weekends it's that Steve doesn't play D&D on them, so I don't think I'll be missing much.
In other news I may in fact be in Melrose on Sunday in time for the breakfast. So we'll see. _________________

| I will not be home this weekend, but I will be home next weekend that would be a much better week for a game. Also, I remember easily selling over a hundred each breakfast, there are plenty of people out there who will buy, but less people are willing to go to breakfasts then when I first joined the troop Steve, as I got older the nos became more numerous, but they should each still be able to sell over a hundred dollars worth if they try. |
