Givemea has computers now? Or very neat hand writers... hehe
Do some of these towns belong to players?

The older guys(Sergio, Mike, my brother) made a town called Pleasantville. It is a thriving comunity......by means I can not say. I give it two more years before something happens to it. _________________ Name: Oswald

He asked if we made a town ask. He hasn't played with them so I was just helping him. Not like on the map it says in big bold letters, "The older guys Mike and Sergio made this town." _________________ Name: Oswald

Mike S. and Sergio were not involved with the creation of Pleasantville. That town was created by Brent O., Mike L., Andy K., and Jacob D. It is the only town created by players. Most of the other new towns on the map are villages and towns visited a few times during various games. It just seemed appropriate to start including them on the map. The village of Thit is the newest of the villages. _________________ Scoutmaster

I amazed that people thought me and Mike built Pleasantville.
The truth is though that since someone (cough) steve (cough) doesn't love us nearly as much as he loves the cougars, and therefor find less gold, we can't afford to build something as huge as a city.
I think Mike S. will agree on this. _________________

How can you say that Sergio. Your characters have not died near as often as Mike L's or the others. I love you much more then Brent.

Ya but they get more magical items then we can dream. I mean, you could at least give us useless magical items like a rope that unties after you let go of it or a staff that stands by itself. They do nothing but are kind of cool. _________________ Name: Oswald

When I said us, I meant Mike S. and me, I wasn't really including Alex or the Wolve's group. Maybe someday, we will see.
Anyway, I do like the fact that I haven't died as much as Linneman, or some of the others. I retract part of my earlier message. _________________

First thing, it's Linnemann. Spell it right son.
And we've played more.....considerably more. It took me almost 3 years to just reach level 5. It's taken me seven more years to get 9. Puts it into perspective.
And man, we read the books more than you did. We ordered all of them off ebay and read them cover to cover. No really, we did. We used to pregame at Brent's and discuss before games. We even read random wizard fantasy novels to try to add more to the game. Oh did you find out that you need gargoyle horns to make invulnerability potions? Psh didnt think so son. (wizard statement right there.mmmmmmwizard)
But you aren't worthy yet. Put in the time, do the research and get lucky, that's the game boys.
That and orcs and wolves don't drop +2 swords, duh. The more you play, the greater chance of rolling for magic shops. So if you play more, visit more large cities, you have a greater chance. That and we had some help. Older members did give us some items for cheap a few times.
And yes, I hold the record for dieing the most times. Once I die my last time, I'm done. That's from too much playing. It's a double bladed sword boys.
mmmmmmmmmwizards! |
