A Scoutmaster's Blog

This is a online journal of a Boy Scout troop scoutmaster's point of view and thoughts on over 25 years as a Boy Scout Leader in central Minnesota. This site also serves as the home of the "Melrose Scouting Productions Podcast" which features Scouting related videos. Visit the site of Melrose Boy Scout Troop 68 at http://www.melrosetroop68.org for nearly 200 pages of local Scouting history.

A picture from summer camp.

I just wanted to try putting a picture into this Boy Scout blog and see how it works. I choose to take one of the over 200 photos I shot at Many Point Scout Camp this summer for this experiment. This picture was taken near the Conservation Lodge. If it works decent, I may try to post more pictures within future blog posting.

I think I choose the wrong picture for this. I am writing this paragraph as I wait for the picture to upload. I forgot that this picture was taken at the largest setting on my digital camera. Whoops! It is done. Time to post this blog entry.

It is a fine photo and does not appear too large when I click the photo to see a better view.
